These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including domain name registration, office management services, website and software management, phone service setup, security camera installation and management, lawn care services, and the provision of Microsoft products and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Definitions
- “Services” refers to the range of services offered by 25finz, L.L.C., including but not limited to those specified in these Terms and Conditions.
- “You” refers to the customer or user of our services.
- “We” or “Us” refers to 25finz, L.L.C.
Services Provided
- Domain Name Sales: We offer domain name registration services. You can purchase and register domain names through our platform.
- Office Management Services: We provide on-site services to set up and configure computers, printers, and other office equipment.
- Website Management: We manage websites with both static and dynamic pages. Our services include updating content, ensuring website functionality, and performing regular maintenance.
- Software Management: We manage software applications for websites, including updates, bug fixes, and performance optimization.
- Software Applications: We create software applications for Windows, Android, and iPhone.
- Microsoft Products and Services: We provide Microsoft products and services, including Microsoft 365 products.
- Phone Service Setup: We set up and configure phone services for customers.
- Security Camera Installation and Management: We install, configure, and manage security camera systems for customers. This includes setup, monitoring, and maintenance services as specified in your service agreement.
- Lawn Care Services: We provide lawn care services through a youth-driven initiative, including but not limited to lawn mowing, trimming, weeding, and leaf removal. These services are supervised by an adult affiliated with 25finz, L.L.C.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, except for Lawn Care Services, which are provided under the supervision of an adult as part of a youth initiative. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Domain Name Registration
- Availability: Domain name availability is subject to change. We do not guarantee the availability of any domain name until it is successfully registered.
- Registration Fees: Fees for domain name registration are non-refundable once the registration process is completed.
- Renewals: You are responsible for renewing your domain names before they expire. We will send reminders, but the ultimate responsibility lies with you.
Office Management Services
- Scope of Services: Our office management services include the setup and configuration of computers, printers, phone services, and related office equipment as specified in your service agreement.
- Access: You must provide us with access to your office premises during agreed-upon times to perform the services.
- Equipment: We are not responsible for providing any hardware or software unless specified in the service agreement.
Website and Software Management
- Website Management: We manage both static and dynamic websites, including content updates, functionality checks, and regular maintenance.
- Software Management: We provide software management services for websites, including updates, bug fixes, and performance optimization.
Microsoft Products and Services
- Provision: We provide Microsoft products and services, including Microsoft 365 products, as specified in your service agreement.
- Licensing: You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary licenses for Microsoft products. We can assist with the procurement and management of these licenses as part of our services.
- Support: We offer support for Microsoft products as part of our office management and software management services. This includes installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Security Camera Installation and Management
- Scope of Services: Our security camera services include the installation, setup, configuration, and management of security cameras and related systems. This includes connecting cameras to networks, setting up monitoring systems, and providing ongoing maintenance as specified in your service agreement.
- Equipment: We provide recommendations for security camera systems, but the purchase of the cameras and related equipment is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We are not liable for the performance or functionality of equipment provided by third-party vendors.
- Installation: You must provide us with access to your premises during agreed-upon times for the installation and setup of security cameras. We will install cameras according to the agreed plan, taking into account optimal placement for coverage and connectivity.
- Monitoring and Maintenance: We offer ongoing monitoring and maintenance services for installed security camera systems. This includes troubleshooting, software updates, and regular system checks. Any issues discovered during routine maintenance will be reported to you, and we will take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Access and Security: You are responsible for ensuring the security of the camera system’s network and access credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access or tampering with the security camera system during or after the service period, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Liability: Our liability for the installation and management of security cameras is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the security camera systems, including but not limited to breaches of security, data loss, or equipment malfunction.
- Warranty: The installation and setup services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted functionality or absolute security of the security camera systems.
Lawn Care Services
- Scope of Services: Lawn care services provided under 25finz, L.L.C. include, but are not limited to, lawn mowing, trimming, weeding, and leaf removal. These services are provided by a youth-driven initiative under the supervision of 25finz, L.L.C.
- Client Responsibilities: The client must ensure that the lawn area is free of debris, toys, or any objects that may interfere with the lawn care services. The client is also responsible for ensuring that all pets are secured during the time services are provided. The client must provide access to water and electrical outlets if necessary for certain services.
- Supervision and Oversight: All lawn care services are conducted under the supervision of a responsible adult affiliated with 25finz, L.L.C. The supervising adult is responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Liability and Indemnity: 25finz, L.L.C. is not liable for any damage to client property unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to plants, landscaping features, or outdoor structures. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 25finz, L.L.C. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with the lawn care services provided, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Payment Terms: Payment for lawn care services is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Invoices will be provided by 25finz, L.L.C., and payment can be made via [insert payment methods].
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: The client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of lawn care services. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to [insert amount or percentage]. 25finz, L.L.C. reserves the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Special Considerations for Youth Participation: The client acknowledges that the lawn care services are part of a youth-driven initiative, and as such, the service may have certain limitations in terms of the complexity of tasks performed. The client agrees to provide a supportive and understanding environment for the youth participating in these services, recognizing the educational and developmental nature of their involvement.
Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: We currently accept payments via PayPal and Skrill. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.
- Invoices: We will issue invoices for services provided. Payments must be made by the due date specified on the invoice.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Cancellation and Termination
- Domain Names: Fees for domain name registration are non-refundable once the registration process is completed.
- Office Management Services: You may cancel office management services with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice may incur charges.
- Website and Software Management: You may cancel website and software management services with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice may incur charges.
- Microsoft Products and Services: Fees for Microsoft products and services are non-refundable once the service agreement is in place.
- Security Camera Installation and Management: You may cancel security camera services with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice may incur charges.
- Lawn Care Services: The client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of lawn care services. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to [insert amount or percentage].
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these terms.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruptions. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for those services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
Privacy and Data Protection
We handle customer data in compliance with relevant data protection laws and regulations. Our privacy practices and data security measures are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mandatory arbitration before resorting to litigation. Arbitration will be conducted in Florida and Osceola County.
Refund Policy
Fees for domain name registrations, Microsoft products, or website hosting are non-refundable. Any conditions under which refunds might be considered for other services will be specified in the relevant service agreements.
Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property created or provided during the course of our services remains the property of 25finz, L.L.C., unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Service Interruptions
We will make reasonable efforts to minimize service interruptions. In the event of significant outages, we will provide appropriate compensation as outlined in our service agreements.
Third-Party Services
Some services may be provided by third-party vendors. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.
Third-Party Purchases
Any purchases made through third-party links, including Amazon, are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party site. We are not responsible for any issues arising from purchases made on Amazon or any other third-party websites.
Access and Security
You are responsible for providing access to your premises and ensuring the security of your systems during our service provision. We are not liable for any unauthorized access or tampering during this time.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes through email or our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida and Osceola County. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida and Osceola County.
