Shannon Sharpe Claps Back At Trolls Over Dog At Dinner Table
On Thursday, Nov. 28 (Thanksgiving Day), Shannon Sharpe posted a video on X (formerly Twitter) showing him praying at the dinner table with his dog sitting in his lap, then later feeding another dog from his plate. He captioned the video, “Wishing you a very Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours!
”
Y’all already know the internet never misses a chance to call someone out — social media users quickly came for Shannon over having his dog at the table while the food was out. The comments didn’t seem to bother the podcast host, and he made timeeee to check those that had to send negativity his way.
When one user told Shannon Sharpe, “Dogs are at the table ,” he responded, “They sleep in the bed also.”
When another social media user chimed in on the conversation, writing, “That’s a yes, sleeping. For sure. Table no.” The comment led the former NFL player quickly clapped back with, “What makes you think I’m going allow you 2 tell me what I should do at my house?”
