Demonta Roach, a U.S. Navy sailor, has prompted an investigation into Frontier Airlines after employees allegedly denied him access to a flight. Furthermore, Roach is alleging that the employees tried to extort him.
Per the U.S. sailor, the employees allegedly demanded he pay them hard cash in order to board his flight.
Was this just a random, alleged scheme? Or is there a more significant issue at play with travelers being taken advantage of by airlines and their employees?
Now, The Shade Room’s Justin Carter is getting to the bottom of things on ‘TSR Investigates.’
More Details On Demonta Roach’s Claims Against Frontier Airlines’ Employees
According to Carter, the incident involving Roach occurred at Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport. Roach had reportedly arrived two hours early for a flight to Los Angeles. Once his flight was delayed, he decided to purchase food a short distance from his gate.
However, when he returned, Roach was allegedly told it was too late for him to board. In order to make his flight, he was allegedly instructed to pay the Frontier employees.
“You tryna get home or you tryna get left?” a Frontier employee is heard asking Roach in footage he captured on his cell phone.
More Details On What’s Happened Since The Alleged Scheme To Extort
Roach ultimately refused to pay the employee. However, he obtained her Cash App info under the guise he would. Once he was on the plane, he reportedly made a complaint to Frontier Airlines.
“If she did this to me, I can only imagine how many other people she has also did this too,” Roach recently told WSB-TV.

Additionally, Carter speaks with attorney Justin Miller, who explains why similar acts are forms of”extortion” and “fraud.” Lastly, Carter shares a statement received from a Frontier Airlines spokesperson and details how Roach plans to respond.
